CodeFlowACLS beta support

Contact support

Email codeflow-support@mccarthymeridiangroup.com.

Include the app version, device model, iOS version, and whether you used a TestFlight build.

What to send

  • What you expected and what happened instead.
  • Steps to reproduce the issue using simulated data.
  • A screenshot or screen recording only when it contains no protected information.
  • Whether airplane mode was on and whether the issue involved PDF Preview, print, save, share, sound, haptics, or navigation.

Do not send patient information

Do not send patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, facility identifiers, screenshots containing protected health information, or any patient-specific clinical details.

Safety concerns

Put “Safety concern” in the email subject and describe the issue using simulated data only. Relevant reports include confusing timing cues, unsafe wording, misleading state transitions, incorrect export carry-through, or controls that are difficult to reach.

Intended use and limitations

CodeFlowACLS is an adult pulseless-arrest workflow and documentation aid for trained clinicians. It does not diagnose, treat, recommend clinical decisions, replace ACLS training, replace local protocol, or replace team leader direction. No AHA endorsement or certification is claimed.

Timer, sound, haptic, documentation, and export features are aids only. Verify all timing, medications, events, and exported summaries. Clinical workflow must not depend solely on the app.
